It's that time of Year

FOOTBALL! Yes it is that time of year again. Ty (#62) is still playing for Dixie State. We love going to the games. Ty does a really good job. This year I have been taking pictures of the games like crazy. We have had 2 games and I have taken 232 pictures. I think I have a picture of every play. lol.. We love football and can't wait for a good season. Good Luck T!

Why do I take so Long?

I don't know why I take so long to blog. Not a lot has been going on in our world. We did get a new member of our family. We would like you to meet Zoey. Yes we got a cat. She is really cute. She hates Zeus right now but I think they will learn to be good friends. We hope.. It is just going to take time. She is funny some days she loves you and others she is such a brat. But we love her.

We had a family home evening with all of the cousins in St. George. We had so much fun. It is so good to have Family around. As always Rustin and Austin were sitting together in the corner. Some days we think Austin should have been our son...lol.. It was really fun. I am so glad we all got together.

What we do to get out of the Heat

This time of year it is so hot here. I love it here, but it is hot. So we went up the road about a 1/2 hour to Baker. We just took dinner and stuff for a fire. It was much cooler and relaxing. It is so nice to sit back and chill. Zeus has so funny. He though he should get in the water, then he wanted to chase the ducks. It was so funny. It was a nice night off.

Allie

My sister Cindy was here from WY. I got to go to Parowan to see them. I took some pics of Allie she is so cute. It was fun to have them here. I wish we could see them more.

I'm behind

Well I thought since it has been a month later I could do a post..lol... Every year we go to Delta for the 4th of July. We have so much fun every year. Good food and family what more do you want. But I didn't get any good pictures on the 4th. On the 5th of July is Rustin birthday. We made his a cake I thought it turned out kind-of fun. We had a good dinner and then he got his gifts. I think he had a pretty good birthday. For once since we have been married I surprised him with his gift. I got him a ipod touch. He loves it! We had a good weekend so much fun.

Our Trip

This year we needed a break and so we went to sunny California for a week. We had so much fun. I didn't know how bad I needed a break. We started out with going to Disneyland. We got there and they had upgraded our room to a suite. I love Disneyland. But who doesn't! We spend all day Monday there. We hit all the rides and ate at Tortilla Joes I love that place. That was the reason I wanted to go to Disneyland.. It's all about the food.. haha.. On Tuesday we drove down to San Diego to our Resort. We checked in and headed to Sea World and met up with Randy and Heather and there kids. We had so much fun with them. I love those kids we had so much fun. I have not been to Sea World for so Long. The first day we went on every ride that could get us wet. We were soaked. Our resort we stayed at was sooo cool. We are already talking about next year. We were right on Mission Bay, you walk right out of the back and were right on the bay then you walk across the street and you were right on the beach. We did 2 days at Sea World, we laid on the beach we rented a fun cat we took a night Cruise. We had so much fun playing in the pool.It was so nice, good food. Needless to say I didn't want to go home, and I'm ready to go back.. lol. Abby feeding the ducks at the resorts.

Addi

Today my Mom and Dad came down so I could do there hair, they brought Addi. She is so funny. She was making me laugh so hard. She had to make me an art project to hang on my fridge. I thought it would be fun to take some pictures of her. She is such a cheeseball. I love that girl.

Flowers

I thought I would show off my flowers. I love to garden. I could spend every night in my yard. This year June wasn't been too hot yet. And that is not normal for St. George. I can't wait until my tomatoes are ready so I can make salsa. I have planted everything so I can make it. Yummm.. My Lemon and Lime trees are coming right a long. I can't wait for cherry limeades.

The BIG 4-0

This Post is for my sis Deb, who just turned 40 on June 2. She is going to kill me for doing this but it is worth it. Debbie is one of those people that would do any thing for any one. She is a hard worker and a great mom. She does anything for her kids. She is always busy but will always make time for you. She was always been such a good example to me. When I grow up I hope and pray that I can be half of a good person as she is. She has taught me so much and is so talented in everything that she does. Deb Thank you for all you have done for me, I don't know of any one else to look up to more than you! Happy Birthday, I love ya sis! Thanks for being you!

Another Month

I don't know why I put off posting for so long. And then I put a huge post up. May was a Crazy month for us. It seems like we are never home any more. Well we started the month out with my Father-in- law, Dan's birthday. I know we are way late but Happy Birthday Dan you're the best. Thank you for all that you do for us! We love you!
Next we had Adam and Ozzy birthday. We had fun with there birthdays. We had Ozzy come and stay the weekend with us and it was all about him. We had a nice steak dinner. They (Rustin and Oz) went to the movie, birthday cake, and a night of no sleep and x-box I think I went to bed. I'm no fun I had to work the next morning. Then who know what happen on Saturday. I had to work and I left Rustin and Oz to do what they wanted. The next weekend we had Adam for the night. I thought it would be fun to do a treasure hunt around town then take him to Pirate Pizza. He was so funny, he was way into it. After Pirate Pizza we came to our house where he found the forgotten treasure.. We had cupcakes and icecream sundays and sent him home on a sugar high.. I love being an aunt.
I think next was Mothers Day. We didn't get to see our moms this year. We felt bad. We love both of our moms. They are the best. we are so lucky to have them.
Next my Little Meggie Grauated from High School. We are so proud of her. She is such a sweetheart and would do any thing for any one. We wish her nothing but the best. We love you Megs.
Next our Little sissy birthday! We love having Dani so close. We wish we could see her more.. But we want to wish her a HAPPY BIRTHDAY! We Love You!Rustin work has been doing a project in Moab and he had to go and work on it so we got to go on a little road trip. When I say little I mean little. We found out we were going Saturday around 2pm left at 6pm and got there at 12:30am. The weather was so bad going there. We couldn't see a thing. The next morning Rus got up and went to work for 2 hours. I got up and got ready. Then we checked out of the Hotel, went and ate lunch, then turned around and came home. Oh my that was a fast trip. But I was glad I got to go with. It was a pretty drive on the way home. And it was nice to spend a little time with Rus. Well I think that is it in a nutshell. We have had a crazy but fun month.
